Strength and Conditioning Coach

Tommy joined the Providence Barbell Club’s coaching team in October of 2021. He is a Rhode Island native, graduating from URI in 2016 with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science. While attending URI, he was a member of the powerlifting team, being a national level qualifier in 2015. After graduation he began operating as an independent strength coach in various gyms, helping both athletes and general population move well and achieve their goals. He decided to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic to allow him gain new perspective on the human body and its capabilities. He now operates dual roles as both a chiropractor and strength coach.
